Police get tough on student scraps

Bangkok police have put in place tough measures to prevent fighting among students, including identifying individual violence-prone students and getting teachers to act as the "eyes and ears" for the police, while Education Minister Suchart Thadathamrongwet suggested high-risk students be encouraged to practise their religious faith to become better people....
